All information provided by the applicant must be correct and verifiable.

Solar Sphere reserves full rights to accept or reject any application without explanation.

The partner must strictly follow Solar Sphere’s pricing, branding, marketing, and communication guidelines.

Commission or margin will be assigned based on performance, sales volume, and business category.

Misuse of Solar Sphere’s name, logo, product images, documents, or pricing is strictly prohibited.

The partner must maintain honest and transparent communication with customers on behalf of Solar Sphere.

Any misleading, fake, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate termination of the partnership.

All payments must be made only through official Solar Sphere channels.

The partner will be responsible for local customer support, basic service follow-up, and compliance.

Solar Sphere is not responsible for any unauthorized commitments made by the partner.

The partner must follow all legal, tax, and documentation rules.

The partner agrees to work exclusively for Solar Sphere in the solar sector and will not work for, represent, promote, or collaborate with any other solar company or competitor during the partnership.

If the partner is found associated with any other solar company, Solar Sphere may terminate the partnership immediately without prior notice.

Solar Sphere may update these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior information.

By submitting the form, the applicant agrees to all the above conditions set by Solar Sphere.
